Your program is the deal creators sign up for. Open the Program tab. You need Shopify connected first.
- Creator commission (%): what creators earn on each sale they bring in, after discounts. A whole number from 1 to 90. The default is 15.
- Follower discount (%): what shoppers get off with a creator's code, from 0 to 50. The default is 10. Use 0 for no discount and no codes.
- Products: All products, or Only products I pick to choose from your Shopify catalog.
- Click Publish program to go live, or Save draft to finish later. Creators can't see a draft.
What creators get when they join
- A discount code in your Shopify store, made from their handle and the discount, like RAVEN10.
- A tracked link, like tvnnel.com/r/raven-kade-1a2b3c. It counts the click and sends shoppers to your store with the code already applied.
Changing your terms
Edit the fields and click Save changes. Existing creator codes update in place, so creators keep the same code. Each order keeps the commission rate it was placed at. Unpublish takes the program back to draft: creator links then go to your store without a code.
Creators in your program
The Program tab lists everyone in your program with their code, clicks and sales. Owners and admins can Remove a creator. Their code is deleted and they can't rejoin.
