Privacy Policy

TVNNEL is operated by Made to Destroy, LLC ("we", "us"). We run a platform that connects content creators with brands for affiliate and marketing partnerships. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Application details you give us: name, email, social handles, follower range, location, aesthetic tags, links and the text you write.
• Connected account data (only if you connect an account): when you log in with Instagram or TikTok and approve access, we receive the data you authorize, such as your profile (username, name, profile picture, bio), follower and media counts, your posts and their engagement metrics, and, where you grant it, account insights such as reach and aggregated audience demographics. We never receive your password.
• Public profile information: to review applications we may look at public information on the profiles you list, including public business account statistics made available by the platforms.
• Usage data: basic logs and analytics about how our site is used (pages viewed, device and browser type).

How we use it

• To review applications and run the creator network.
• To show your creator profile and performance metrics to brands on TVNNEL so they can find and partner with you.
• To match you with campaigns, track affiliate links and calculate commissions.
• To contact you about your application, campaigns and payments.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data from Instagram or TikTok for advertising targeting or share it with data brokers.

Who we share it with

• Brands on TVNNEL, limited to your creator profile and metrics, once you are accepted into the network.
• Service providers who host and run the platform for us (for example hosting, database, email and payment providers), under contracts that limit their use of the data.
• When required by law or to protect our rights and users.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your application or account is active. If you disconnect a social account, we stop collecting new data from it and delete stored data from that account within 30 days, except where we must keep records (such as payment history) for legal or tax reasons.

Your choices

• Disconnect Instagram or TikTok at any time from the platform or from your account settings on those apps.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct it.
• Ask us to delete your data. See Data deletion.

Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have additional rights, and we will honor them.

Security

Access tokens for connected accounts are encrypted at rest, and access to personal data is limited to people who need it to run the service.

Children

TVNNEL is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
