Delete Your Data

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

• Email privacy@tvnnel.com from the address you applied or signed up with, with the subject "Delete my TVNNEL data".
• Include your Instagram and/or TikTok handle so we can find your records.

We confirm by email and delete your application, profile, connected-account data and access tokens within 30 days. We only keep what the law requires, such as payment and tax records.

Removing access from Instagram or TikTok

• Instagram: Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites → remove TVNNEL.
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → remove TVNNEL.

When you remove access, the platform notifies us, and we stop collecting data and delete what we stored from that account.
