How a sale gets matched
When an order comes into your Shopify store, TVNNEL checks it for a creator's discount code first. If there's no code, it checks whether the shopper came through a creator's link. The most recent link visit wins. Orders with neither aren't counted.
What counts as sales
Sales are what the shopper paid for your program's products, after discounts and refunds, before shipping and tax. Cancelled orders count as $0. Commission is that amount times the commission rate when the order was placed.
The 30-day hold
Each order is held for 30 days, the return window. During the hold, refunds and returned items lower the commission, unless you turned off Take refunds and returns out of creator commission in Settings. After 30 days the amount is final. Program shows commission owed as final versus still in the window.
Shopify test orders are marked "test" and are never paid.
Analytics
The Analytics tab covers 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or all time. It shows sales, orders, commission, link clicks, conversion, average order, return per $1 of commission and active creators, with the change from the period before. You'll also see sales over time, a creators table you can sort, how buyers found you (code or link) and where clicks came from. Days start at midnight in the timezone set in Settings.
If a sale you expected isn't showing, see Why isn't an order showing?.
