Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Made to Destroy, LLC, which operates TVNNEL, and govern your use of TVNNEL. By applying, creating an account or using the site, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to use TVNNEL.
Creators
- Membership is by application, and we may accept or decline any application.
- You confirm the accounts you list or connect are yours, and that your follower and engagement numbers are genuine.
- You are responsible for following each platform's rules and for disclosing paid or affiliate partnerships as required by law (for example the FTC Endorsement Guides), including using platform branded-content tools where required.
- You keep ownership of your content. Usage rights for any campaign are agreed per deal.
Brands
- You agree to use creator data only to evaluate and run partnerships on TVNNEL.
- You are responsible for your products, claims and the commissions you offer.
Affiliate payments
Commission rates, attribution windows and payout terms are set per campaign and shown before you accept it. We may withhold payment for fraudulent or invalid traffic or orders.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform: no fake engagement, scraping, harassment, hateful content, or attempts to break or bypass our security.
Third-party platforms
TVNNEL is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram, Meta or TikTok. When you connect those accounts you also remain bound by their terms.
Ending your account
You can leave at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amounts we paid you or you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms and will note the date at the top. Continued use means you accept the changes.
