Samples are off until you turn them on. Owners and admins can change this.
- Go to Program, find Product samples and click Manage →.
- Click Turn on. Creators in your program now see Request a sample.
Creators pick a product and size from your program's products and enter their shipping address. Each creator can have one waiting request per brand.
Approving
Requests appear under Waiting. Add an optional note, then click Approve or Decline. Anyone on your team can do this.
- If TVNNEL can create draft orders in your store, approving creates a completed $0 order in Shopify, tagged "TVNNEL sample". Ship it like any other order.
- If not, the request shows as "Approved · Ship it yourself" with the address. To let TVNNEL create the orders, use Reconnect Shopify on the Samples page and allow it.
The creator gets a message either way.
