Why isn't an order showing?

Go through these in order:

1. Is Shopify connected? Check the Shopify card in Integrations. TVNNEL only sees orders while it's connected.
2. Is the program live? Unpublished programs send links to your store without a code.
3. Did the shopper use the code or the link? An order counts only if it used the creator's code, or the shopper arrived through the creator's link. A purchase after seeing a post, with neither, can't be matched.
4. Was the order cancelled? Cancelled orders count as $0.
5. Was it for program products? If you picked specific products, only those count.
6. Was it a test order? Test orders show as "test" and aren't paid.
7. Did the creator leave or get removed? Their code is deleted when they leave.

Sales appear a few seconds after Shopify sends the order. If all of the above checks out and the order still isn't there, chat with us with the order number.
