Your program runs on your Shopify store. TVNNEL creates each creator's discount code there and matches orders to the creator who brought them in. Brand owners and admins can connect it.
- Open Integrations and find the Shopify card.
- In Store address, enter your store's myshopify.com address, like your-store.myshopify.com. Your own domain won't work here. You'll find the myshopify.com address in Shopify under Settings, then Domains.
- Click Connect Shopify and approve TVNNEL in Shopify within 10 minutes.
- You'll come back to Integrations with "Your Shopify store is connected."
What TVNNEL can do in your store
TVNNEL can read your products and orders and create creator discount codes. It can't change products, prices or payouts. If you also allow draft orders, TVNNEL can create $0 orders for creator samples (see Product samples).
If something goes wrong
- "That store is already connected to another brand on TVNNEL." Each store can belong to one brand.
- "That connection took too long" or "Shopify didn't finish connecting." Start again from the Shopify card.
To disconnect, click Disconnect on the Shopify card. This removes the TVNNEL app from your store, and creator codes and order tracking stop working until you reconnect.
