Creators in your program send you photos, videos and post links from their Content page. You review them in your Content tab. Anyone on your team can review.
- Open Content. It opens on Pending.
- Look at the media, the creator's note and the usage rights they chose.
- Optionally write a note, then click Approve, Request changes or Reject. A note is required when you request changes.
The creator gets your decision and note as a message. You can change a decision later.
Usage rights
Each submission comes with the rights the creator granted:
- Repost only, no paid ads
- Paid ads for 30 days, 90 days or 1 year
You can always repost with credit. Paid ad time starts when you approve. Approved content with ad rights shows up in Ads, ready to run. See Run creator content as Meta ads.
Use Download to save the original file and Message to talk to the creator.
