Brand teams: open your brand's Settings tab and scroll to Email notifications. Creators: open the Profile tab and scroll down. Turn each kind of email on or off, then click Save. These choices are just for you, not your whole team.
For brand teams
- Daily summary: a morning email with sales from creators, unread messages, content and sample requests waiting on you, and creators who joined or left. It arrives around 9 or 10am Pacific. Choose Weekdays (Monday's covers the weekend) or Every day. If nothing happened, we don't send it.
- A creator leaves your program: right away, so you know their code is off.
For creators
- Invitations from brands: when a brand invites you to its program.
For everyone
- New messages: when someone writes to you. Content reviews and sample decisions arrive as messages too. We send one email per conversation, then wait until you've read it before sending another.
- Replies from the TVNNEL team: when we answer you in support chat.
Every email has a link at the bottom to turn that kind off in one click. Sign-in links are always sent, whatever you choose here.
